I found this rock on 4/29/23 right at the North Clear Creek Falls overlook. I didn’t have any reception, otherwise I would have looked up the project and taken it with me on my travels! I took a picture of it but unfortunately kept forgetting to look up what the green rock project was, BUT I am currently making a scrapbook of this trip and I was reminded of this rock! Funny story I wasn't supposed to be there but I went on a whim after googling stuff to see not too far from Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Well I’ve never been to this area before and when I got back in my car the gps didn’t work…at all…and I was 3 hours away from my hotel for the night, and the sun was setting in Colorado with plenty of snow still around!! I didn’t get reception until 1 hr from the falls, cried that entire time loll. Ryan sounded like an amazing person, I think we would’ve gotten along. Maybe he kept the sun up a little bit longer for me that night. This is a great way to honor his memory : )
