Outside the annual hot air balloon fiesta! It made my day. I was with my 3 year old who had already picked up six rocks that day which were riding in my pocket. He was extra excited to find a painted one. We are planning a place to leave it. We live in Minnesota so it kind of has to be by a lake. Best wishes! -Matt
